Just bought a new Flexi 16 ft Neon Yellow retractable Leash for our 70 lb Golden Retriever. Product works great and is nicely reflective, a very nice feature for night-time walks. This is our second purchase of the same product; first one lasted about 7 years of ~2-5 miles of use per day. The failure point is the internal rewind spring which breaks after years of use. The basic design is sound, comfortable in the hand. We ordered a flexi 16 foot neon reflect retractable (CORD) dog leash large, and we received a flexi 16 foot neon reflect, retractable (TAPE) dog leash, large, I looked for a number to call to talk to a live person but there was not number. We were heading on a trip so we had to use it. Best Retractable on the market
Having 2 dogs, a Husky and Wolf/Husky we have gone through so many of these retractable leashes. This is absolutely the best on the market. The tension is perfect and does not go soft, the locking mechanism works great and the entire gear system is different from all cheap ones. This is a great price, and if you look around in the stores that sell them you will figure that out. I will be ordering more of this brand in the future. Good retractable leash
I had a Flexi leash that was several years old that had served me well, so I searched for another when I got ready to replace it. Found this one and ordered it. I like the neon on it helping people to see it and liked the locking mechanism that allows you to stop the lead from going out and can lock the length of the leash. I am well pleased with this leash
