Saw is light of weight, mitre box helps to cut lines straight
The saw is light to hold and cuts pretty straight. I mounted the mitre box on my porch railing, where it is open for easy movement when sawing, and its stable. The only problem I have is with the clamps almost never being able to be of any use as the pieces of wood I am using are proportioned in such a way that the holes that the clamps fit into are either covered up by the wood piece, or the holes are too far away from the point where the clamp can hold the wood. So instead I find myself almost always having to use a C clamp, which works much better than the plastic clamps that come with the mitre box. The mitre box and saw are worth the price I paid though, and I am happy with the product, and the straighter than ever before cut-lines I now make.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

It is very well conceived and constructed. One could think plastic is not a good choice but this kind is the right thing. 75 year old women like it

Well it worked just fine and I was able to cut all the floor moldings at 45 degree angles with little effort.
