The pump arrived, hooked it up and energized then nothing happened. The pump motor was making hamming noise, not spinning. E-mail to eBay about the matter and the company arranged the reshipment. And 4 days later reshipment came into my hand.This time all is well functioning. What amazes me was the speed and professionalism of eBay handling the matter. I’m a eBay fan. Now and future. The pump is well built and very good price.
