2 weeks after ordering a Kyle Tucker autographed bat and I still don't have it, it's lost in the mail. The seller has a bad attitude, talking down to me because I have requested a refund. I DO NOT recommend this seller, she gets an attitude with the me as if I'm the one that lost the package. Horrible customer service!!!!

This item was picked up on 11/27 and was in their possession at this time. Once we received a message stating item wasn't delivered we were immediately in contact with our local post master every day and was in constant contact with customer. There was a miss sorting with the truck this day. We were not able to refund customer due to item not being in our possession any longer. Customer was also never talked down to and no attitude was given. We went above and beyond to get this resolved.

Buyer had messaged after hours and on the weekend. We immediately got back to customer the next business day. We sent customer every thing he had asked about in his multiple messages. Item was not damaged once it was out of our possession. If item arrived damaged all customer had to do was communicate that with us and we would have been more than happy to send him a replacement one out, this is the first time we are hearing about a damaged item.
