i still have not put item together its out of the box but i can not figure out how to use the plastic dowels. the illustrated instructions (pictures) are unclear how they are used. The drawers are simple to put 4 sides together but to attach the sides together with the hardware is a mystery to me so I'm waiting for the day when someone might happen to stop by my house who either knows how to follow the vague picture instructions or has the know-how to get it done

BEWARE! Item arrived is SO MANY PEICES & NOT as advertised- 'easy to install' and 'supplied fully assembled'. My contractor charged me two extra hours- one for the hold up and another to put this mess together. I contacted the seller who stated 'Sorry, our price has been already very favorable, the profit is very low, hope you understand'. At the very least, the seller should BE HONEST.
