Super fast response time, very good service, the delivery to Italy wasn't possible initially, but it's been fized very quickly, the only thing is that for 35£ for 2 cables, i would have expected both to be like in picture and not one without the strip, or at least i would have liked to be warned about that. This seller is sending out products that are not matching the description. I was sent a bulky charger that was plastic, not the slim one in the photo that has a metal stand. Seller became very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour! Item has been sent back and I've still not received a refund! Escalating through eBay! DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER! Check his bad feedback!!
