    New to the KETO lifestyle, I knew from my very first AWESOME experiences with Carolyn’s recipes that any cookbook she’d written I’d have to have! She certainly didn’t disappoint! Every thing I’ve made is a real KEEPER and DELISH! I’d have given the book 10 stars.. but, couldn’t get it to accept even the 5. Waiting for book # 4 Yes, I bought the e-book but I also bought a hard copy so I could make notes in it! Highly recommend!!
