Quick delivery. Excellent piece of equipment. High quality. Came with two springs. One heavy and one light. Needed a hammer to take off the heavy spring - so be warned. The thinner gauge, lighter spring afforded the 50 lb resistance I want to start with. I was a little worried I'd never be able to close the thing with the one heavy spring attached.
