Nimbus+ arrived 2 days early professionally packaged (brown box in mailer bag). Refurb was official from Steelseries. Controller DID NOT come with updated critical firmware of 1.0.1.0 to allow for controller to shut off and continue functioning. Must be updated using Windows or macOS to enable shutdown. Controller looks brand new (even smells it). Would buy it returned again. Great reseller.
