BEWARE OF SHIPPING FRAUD. Seller shipped my item by a UPS after I paid extra for FedEx. They even acknowledged that they would ship by Fedex before I made the purchase. Seller refused to admit to any wrongdoing and would not produce a receipt. I wi never do business with again. See message screenshots attached.

Buyer stated to please not use USPS because they were losing his packages. He was told there were other options at checkout including Fedex Ground. Because UPS was the same cost and a day faster we shipped UPS to get it to him quicker. This unfortunately prompted legal threats and insults from the buyer, which of course he did not post. The item was delivered early and without insident. He stated in one message that he was a CEO of a prominent company, With his actions, Highly unlikely.

When I installed the motor, the motor goes down, but does not allow the window to go up. The motor is defective.

The motor was working fine when removed. Its probably your window switch.
