Product arrived on time, extremely well-packaged, clean (even pristine) and I have no complaints whatsoever. Also worth mentioning that this seller included a thorough selection of photographs of the item, including closeups on some minor staining/discoloration on part of the jacket. I really appreciate that kind of transparency. Shipping was a bit high, but it's a bulky item so I get it. Never had to communicate with seller, so I can't speak to the quality of their communication.

The item was in very good condition and works well. I have to remark on the packaging. This seller did a great job of packing. The box was great, double boxed, and the inside was packed with many layers of towels and cushioning. This was not an easy item to package and the seller did an extensive and great job. My Amazon order arrive with zero padding and just boxes in side a box. This was so much better! Thank you! Marc
