For some reason, they shipped the L600 Pleco on Friday. After sitting in a warehouse in Cleveland, Ohio over the weekend the fish was DOA. Notified the seller who sent me a refund. I then received a message of another fish being shipped. The next day the fish delivered in great condition (well packaged in a sealed box and heating pad). This is a seller that made everything right! Highly recommend.
