The seller communicated throughout. Shipping was an absolute headache but that was more on FedEx than it was the seller. The scooter is very nice. Had a flat back tire but the seller is replacing the back tire for me. Frustrated with the shipping, but everything else is good. I will shop with this seller again, just maybe ask not to ship via FedEx and use UPS next time.
