They are not, loose anywhere except the ankles. These are the same size I've worn for years, and they are too tight, I've even dropped 20 lbs. So Hanes is making their pants with less material: Also these are not fleece of any type, they are an awful polyester.... They are brand new priced well, and would look good on people without curves. There was no problem with the return
