No wifi calling ability. Software missing from having a provider. Signal and reception was pretty bad just traded it in on a phone from a retail carrier. Phone also had what looked like a glue residue on the screen when wiped, in a circle shape like it was from a suction cup during manufacturing. It was new in box but with terrible reception and no wifi calling ability or ability to download software didn't work for us.

BEWARE! The phone I received does not charge properly with the charger it came with. This was supposed to be brand new sealed in box but I am not entirely sure about that. I reached out to the seller asking for another Samsung charger and all they wanted me to do was send it in for testing or to buy another phone from them. I asked for compensation of sorts since the phone is glitching but all they offered was $18! This seller is very greedy and not accurate with their description. DO NOT TRUST!
