    The actual purse itself is several inches shorter on each measurement. They tried to keep telling me to “fluff” it. The sheepskins fluffiness is not part of the measurement. I should know as I work in the handbag dept of Macys. Then twice they offered me pitiful amounts of money to keep it. Next they finally agreed to let me return it but I’d have to pay the shipping. Since it didn’t match the description, I went ahead and filed a claim. Then they sent a prepaid shipping label. Not a good exper
