    I purchased 25 of these signs for my business and initially 9 out of the 25 were damaged when shipped due to the seller's poor packaging and not ensuring they were wrapped and protected in the box. The seller did ship out 9 new signs, but all of those signs had deep scratches on the metal. The item description claimed these were brand new and when I contacted the seller she said she sold them exactly how she purchased them, which was damaged! Communication responses were very slow.
