    Item listed as new. Item seems new but packaging had been opened. If it's new, I would expect all sealed bags to still be sealed. Filter wasn't sealed, so I don't feel I can use. Multiple faucet adaptors were loose from packaging. Parcel was sealed by eBay on intl shipment and hadn't been opened by customs.
