    The item arrived in good shape. Nevertheless, it is very difficult to figure out who deals with it and where it is. I know it isn't the seller's responsibility but eBay's. I received a notice from eBay stating DHL eCommerce tried to deliver (when I was left). So I went to DHL local facility but they weren't involved. In fact it arrived with the postal service. DHL eCommerce is merely a network head. For the item itself it is a thick document, well organized, perfectly readable. Thanks !

    Item was as described and was packaged well. Item was purchased on May 23rd and the seller did not ship the item until June 5th. I contacted the seller and did not receive a response. I had to open a case with Ebay before the seller shipped the item. It was finally shipped on June the 5th and arrived on June the 9th.
