It does work with my Taurus G3c and mags. The jacket size that I purchased was a 2X tall, it is a little small on me( 6' 3" - 234lbs( should've 3X ). I usually wear a 2X however, after 6 months to a year it should break in fairly decently. The only thing I would ask for would be a little more padding and maybe an inside pocket or two. I do like the jacket, and it is of good quality.
