    I odered/ then canceled this order, as I found a much cheaper one. I also started a return ticked for the more expensive one sent. As they said they could not cancel because item already shipped. Anyway, cheaper item got here first, it was cheap. Plastic, no screw backs. This company s item showed up next day and I checked it out, saw it was like the original installed, pressed black fiber, thick, so I decided to cancel returning it. I am sending the cheaper one back! You get what you pay for !

I paid extra $$ to get a part that I thought was locally based, hoping it expedites delivery time. Seller is shipping parts from 900+ miles away from my home. A week later & I keep getting delayed delivery notices. His responses have nothing to do with my delivery concerns.
