My one frustration was with the way the piece was packaged, as it had been tightly sealed in an envelope that was taped at every seam and labeled “DO NOT BEND” ( these are all really great, by the way). But, with no arrows to show you where it’s safe to cut, which helps to avoid damage. You have great stuff at a great price; help us when it arrives with a little extra guidance! It was marked do not fold which was great, but the USPS followed those directions and just left the item on the porch. We were away and had pouring rain for a day and a half. when I got home I found the soggy envelope. Fortunately the seller had everything wrapped in plastic inside the envelope.
