Arrived on time and in perfect condition. My only problem is that the two screws keeping the picture stand level do not grip very much: don't paint too enthusiastically, or your painting could suddenly start to tilt, or even fall! Tightening the screws to the max helps, but I worry about stripping them or damaging the wood of the easel. Time will tell... Still, for the price, it's a great easel.
