The ups and downs of this product.
It basically works by pulling the shoulders back. Fortunately for me I don't have really poor posture, But I do have upper back pain when walking my dog and it helps. On the down side wearing it while sweating can be extremely uncomfortable so one may need a compression shirt to alleviate this.

Really like this posture corrector.
I bought this and after two weeks of wearing it i feel like I have better posture. The trick to it is having someone help you adjust it when you first put it on. After that its pretty simple to use.
