As to the product,(plastic putty for models) it arrived quickly in a secure double box in new, unopened condition. However, it has been HOT here for 2 months and the putty was fairly dried out because of this, hard to get it out of the tube. NO FAULT of the Team at A-main. Calling on my 50+ yrs. of modeling, I was able to get use of it.Good value for the money, and looked good with some "massaging."

Seal with a clear coat or primer before painting. Sometimes, no sanding is needed! I've been using it for years. Seller: A++! Perfect transaction.
