    Not Impressed

    Received my unit yesterday - not newly boxed as described and absolutely no operation/information booklet included.... nothing included. No one year factory warranty information either as described in sale listing! Unit was packed in a brown box with paper wrapping. Appears very nice, no dents, dings or scratches - so visibly very good. Hooked the unit up last night with fan on medium and ozone in high to remove odors. Today, approximately 20 hours since hook up, I notice no difference in the air quality at all. The ozone output seems dismal - I have to stick my nose flat up against it to detect any ozone at all on HIGH RANGE!!! I cannot recommend this unit - even at the low price... if it does nothing its worthless. Lastly, I know these units as I have had a few. Bought one similar 10 ...

    Nothing Else Worked !!

    I had accidentally left food in the oven--and it burned. The odors filled my small 1200SF home. I tried airing out my place for days. I even left the skylight and doors open. Nothing worked. But with the New Comfort, the odors were gone in just a few hours.
