The phone itself is fine, but Verizon no longer supports it, so it’s pretty much worthless. I should have done some research before buying.

    great older model

Love this model because the battery lasts so long. Model can get pics but not video. Arrived in great condition. Very minor wear and tear as expected; all keys, lights and sound work great; screen wasn't scratched which was nice for a used phone.

    More than one major drawback

We picked this phone after having partnered with with the Samsung enV3, which while similar, is in our opinion, far superior. If you need a qwerty keyboard, shop elsewhere. The keyboard on the Intensity II is anything but "natural" when compared to other celly keyboards. It's clumsy, and difficult to message quickly. Perhaps the greatest hassle of this phone is the odd keyboard lockout system. Press the center button, then another button to the right, then back to the center button. If you're a quick study, maybe you'll catch on. But for us normal mortals, by the time you've fumbled through the unlock procedure, that important phone call awarding you $10,000 has already gone kaput! Or on the other hand, when the Mogul hordes are galloping down the block toward you, it's a sure-bet that ...

  • Pretty good value very reasonable battery life

Been awhile since I purchased my phone. Wanted enough time to really get to know this product before reviewing. I can use my phone all day txting and call all day (note I don't use phone based internet) and I don't actually have to charge it that night. overall I have no complaints about this phone. It's reasonably easy to use and to learn how to use features. So when everything seems ok to good and then it has a great battery life... for myself I've got to say it was a great value. Hopefully anyone else making this purchase feels as good about it as I do.

  • Great phone. Will definitely serve it's purpose well.

I love that this phone does not require the use of a data package. I am a little old fashion in the sense that I usually just talk or text and do not use the Internet on my phone. So many product (cellular phones) are requiring the use of data packages, which can sometimes cost extra. I like that this one does not require that. Since I text alot, I also like that it has the keyboard. The only thing that could make it better is if it had a touch screen. Over all great phone.

  • Decent phone for the price

I've had this phone for a little over a week. Overall I am pleased with it. I agree with other reviewers that the keys on the Qwerty keyboard are a little small but I wanted a smaller phone so I can deal with that. I read other reviews about how it can randomly start surfing the net and run up your bill if you don't have a data plan; I was able to block all data usage at Verizon, so it's a non-issue for me. Also, I bought this phone so my boyfriend could add a line to his plan to save us money. I didn't realize it before, but because I provided my own phone, he will not have a two year contract on that line. Score! You can't beat the price for a phone without being locked into a contract. My only issues so far are that the metallic finish on the back is already wearing in spots and I am ...
