It's a cute phone with all the necessary plugs and books. I only wish that the seller had advised us that it could not be activated since it no longer was supported by most carriers (ours being Verizon). I guess I should have investigated it more myself before purchasing. That said, I just assumed if it were for sale it was usable as is. My son was a bit disappointed to not be able to use 'old school' technology. He does however enjoying playing with it.

The phone turned out to be not acceptable by Verizon due to its age. It had Verizon compatibility in the past but the Verizon store that I went to could not activate it. It was not worth going through the hassle of returning.
