    Dear Customer; you just sent one email to us one day after your order (june 10, 2024).and in that email you asked the tracking number of your order, nothing else came from you after it. we mean you never contacted us with any message for product or you didnt open up case asking to replace or reach us saying that you are unsatisfied with your product. We are trustable company. Please be fair; either contact with us or open a case so that we can solve your problem
