Great service!!! Item just as described. Seller called to verify questions, shipping time was awesome. Ken s is a great company with the largest Janome selection in the US. I ordered an acrylic extension table for my 6600 and is exactly what I needed. I just wish I lived closer so I could carry in my machine for a tuneup - I bet that service would be awesome as well. Refurbished? The machine I received looks like it's never been used. I also noticed before shipping that it was set up for a signature delivery which would not have worked for me. I contacted the seller and they intercepted and relabeled the shipment so it did not require signature upon delivery. I'm very pleased.
