Versitile instrument, Good value, but some minor issues.
The first time I used the adjustable scalpel handle, I realized what I'd been missing. It is a great tool to have. However The tightening mechanism is not very smooth and there was a small amount of rust visible on the sterilization pouch and the instrument after the first trip through the autoclave. Also the blade head does not fit into the standard scalpel blade remover. Not unexpected for the price and I think it is still a good value.
