Fast delivery. Good price. The only thing was the brackets that covered the unit had a little issue staying connected But with a little modification worked out fine. I ended up screwing pilot holes and adding a screw w/lock washer. This had nothing to do with the seller just the product. Similar products from other sellers have the same issues. If you are handy enough to install these roof racks, you are handy enough to figure out how to keep the plastic covers on. Seller highly recommended A++

Delivered promptly. Good fit for my 2007 CRV. Look nice. Something to remember is to read the instructions completely and don’t torque the bolt/screws too much (around 14ft/lbs) as over that will distort the plastic pieces and it will be difficult to snap on the caps. I also put two screws into each cap (and painted them black) to hold the caps on so I don’t lose any driving down the road. The roof rails worked perfect for the cargo carrier I added from HF.

The items were as described. Shipping was perhaps calculated to lower the price of the item. Packaging could have used an additional strip of tape as the box arrived with one strip of tape that was ripped and opened half way up the box flaps. Shipping to Hawaii is brutal and packages arrive in poor condition if not well packaged. Internal packaging was very good. A good overall transaction.
