I assume this was more than likely shipping company that did it and shouldn't be to hard to glue a piece of fabric to it to correct it. Seller was fantastic and super quick to ship!

Finally seller advised they had no control of inventory of small parts that come in their items, and I would have to repack and ship back a 50 lb item and receive a refund then I could repurchase. It was entirely my fault because I didn't realize that the radio/cd player for a JBL sound system was different, even though at first glance they appear to be the same. When I contacted them to let them know I was returning it, the were very cordial and understanding. I would definitely recommend them as a seller and would definitely do business with them again.
