      Excellent Original Equipment Filter

      Excellent filter for an excellent price! What the engine is built with from the factory. They used to be Japanese made but have since switched factories and produce them in Thailand/Malaysia. The quality is still identical to the OEM filters from Japan.

      Good If you want to stay all OEM with your parts.

      What can I say except the filter fits and doesn't leak. I can't say if the Toyota filter is superior than any other, but since it is OEM I would have to say it does meet factory spec. But since I cant see a side by side, well you know. I did see a oil filter comparison on YT that clearly showed Wix/Napa Gold XP had the best components. I will buy one of those next time.

      Fake online products

      I thought it’s genuine OEM. My 2017 car start getting knocking sound after changing oil with this filter from eBay online seller. When I replaced with the oil filter from local dealer, the sound went away. So many fake Toyota products on ebay. Those are exactly looking like Toyota products but quality is totally different.
