Awesome, powerful and quiet pump.
We replaced our worn out pool pump with this one. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars, there were no adapters/fittings included with it. The discharge port needed to be higher than the ring for the leaf basket lid. Could not fit the ring on with our hose attached. Also, was unable to attach a hose the inlet port. Remedy; two 1-1/2" pipe nipples, one 8" long (discharge port) and one 3" long (intake port). Once I finally got everything connected, realized---there's no ON/OFF switch on it--nowhere. I installed one in the center of the end cap (plenty of room for this). Reconnected the hoses, opened the hose valves, plugged the pump in----it worked :) I am totally blown away by the sheer amout of volume of water this pump moves. Awesome pressure and it's super quiet, we love it---thank ... We replaced our worn out pool pump with this one.
