Locking jaws were tight and would not release from the zerk, even with proper twisting motion. The only way to remove was to pry it off or unscrew the body of the clamp to release the jaws. Problem brought to attention of JB Tools and after back and forth, they offered a refund, which was not processed until I made an additional contact. Then, the promised refund was a fraction of the original cost. Don’t buy.
