I use these with my multitude of ht s. I m FRUSTRATED that they re not long enough to be 1/4 wavelength long! If they were they would work much better and would also work much more effectively with Tiger Tails which would make them operate as a colinear antenna otherwise called a vertically polarized halfwave dipole. Having said that these antennas are dual band it might be tough to make a effective passive dual band Tiger Tail . Perhaps I should work on that!
