This is probably the most common button-cell battery out there. I go through a lot of them as an electronics engineer/technician. These appear to be genuine Maxell batteries which is important to me because generic, no-name batteries are no bargain at all. The generic batteries leak before you even get a chance to use them. I'm optimistically hoping for better performance from these cells.

Expiration date on the package "2021". They don't seem to have much juice left in them. I used two of them in a pocket (mini) radio/steps counting device and the volume is the same as with the old batteries that I had to replace. It doesn't seem like these Maxell "button" batteries are very well-made, or they don't hold the stored energy very well. I'm pretty disappointed, but how could I complain since I got 3-for-$1? I would not buy Maxell anytime soon especially as they are close to expiration date...

With numerous small devices including battery operated digital clocks around the house and small lights in kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers, the Maxell button type batteries are essential. Surprisingly they last quite long. When they need replacing however, having a supply handy is essential.

I got the batteries in a short time and other things I still did not get even though they broke more than a month and more.

If you know you have products that can use 1/5 volt button batteries, such as cameras of the 1970's and 1980s and/or data backs, this is a good deal buy. Batteries last a long time.
