Parts took 2 weeks to arrive even with priority shipping. Was shipped a different part then ordered. Seller said they accidently swapped shipping labels on the box on two different orders. This was a lie as my receipt showing the parts I ordered was in the box below the incorrect adapters. I understand a mistake just don't lie about it. They said they would ship out the correct ones right away priority. Week later no tracking number, no correct adapters. Only a return label for the wrong parts.

The order shipped the following day after the order was placed, the USPS caused a delay in delivery, we have no control over this. The packing list and shipping label were inadvertently swapped with the parts for another order. The buyer reached out to us to inform of the error, we promptly issued a return shipping label that day and reshipped the correct parts. Three days later this feedback was left for us, it hasn't been a week. 111823
