Going to return it
The chainsaw seemed to be made pretty well but the batteries don't hold a charge worth a damn and would lose its charge in a minute... I didn't need or expect it to be a powerhouse of a chainsaw but this is totally impractical and will not work. Maybe I got a bad unit that is grounding out the batteries or maybe the batteries are defective but I am returning the item and will keep searching for a cost effective chainsaw that will have enough power to get the job done.... Doesn’t do the job
Yes it’s a cheap tool and for that it’s ok, but for cutting branches it’s terrible, barely cuts thru 1” branch, blade is not sharp enough or the motor not strong enough. Better spend more money and get a better quality tool.
