    Item received was "New old Stock". Good quality for the price and looked brand new. Item packed well and quickly shipped. My only complaint is that the photos did not represent the listing. Listing was for ONE (1) each, but main photo illustrated 20 of the same items and all photos in the listing showed the same multiple items. Main photo and other photos should have shown what was actually being sold which was ONE (1) music box governor and ONE (1) Screw.
