Post was by Fed Ex, I had two messages saying being delivered today, tried to track item and could not access carriers web site so had to contact by phone as seller was unable or unwilling to help with carriers website. When you finally get through to a human operator they were very helpful and from then gave bi daily updates. Overall product great but tracking and delivery not so great .
