    Good evening. I am truly sorry about the cancelation. My employee was listing a lot of boxes of 10 and made a mistake thinking the item you purchased was a box of 10. when he figured it out, he panicked and canceled the order instead of trying to call me. Unfortunately, I was out of town and no cell service. This is a mistake I will work better at with my employees. I hope you can reconsider the negative feedback left. Thank you
