    I ordered a 14k gold (not plated or filled, but pure 14k gold as described in description) 5mm 24in Franco link. But instead they sent me a Stainless Steel Cuban link that's not worth nowhere near what I paid for it. They offered me a partial refund or a discount on another purchase. When I asked for a refund they stopped replying. I just want my money back because that chain is not worth the shipping back and forth. I feel the item description was deceptive and manipulative. Im very unhappy.
