    This seller double boxed my Dali Menuet SE speakers with plenty of bubble wrap and foam chunks in between. There was a 3 week delay with the shipment being held up in customs due to some new import form policies, but this was not the fault of 365-Shop-Japan. They were responsive and courteous whenever I had questions and I received a new pair of factory sealed speakers in perfect condition as advertised.
