There was zero damage to the shipping box and the tank was very well packaged. I conceded it is possible tank was damaged in transit however unlikely in this case. I notified the seller but it’s been 10 days with no response. I did not ask for a refund or any action on his part whatsoever. Being ignored speaks volumes as to the seller’s integrity. Perhaps 10 days is not enough time? I’ve gone quite awhile with no negative feedback and am very responsive when I’m not ill and hospital bound.
