But there is a zipper on the side to access the fuzz and you can shove some of the fuzz towards the neck part to make it thicker for better neck support. Just massage the pillow to make it fluffier. The contour in the middle is very good for keeping the back of your head round instead of flattening it. It is brand new, shipped fast and was packaged well. It's not expensive but it's high quality.

I did want more filling in the neck support area and was pleased to find a zipper that allowed me to reach in and adjust the fiberfill to plump up this area. However, when I attempted to zip it close, the zipper broke and I am now holding it closed with safety pins.
