    The seller shipped the items promptly, but they were never received. The tracking number never made any progress once it left the country of origin. Seller's communication was good while I was being patient waiting 2 months for the items to arrive, but once I requested a refund when it was evident it was lost in transit, there was no follow-up communication from the seller. I had to get eBay involved to obtain a refund.
