      I received my order 5 days late, I contacted the seller because FedEx had received the tracking info but it took 3 days for any movement. I contacted the seller and they did reply with "we are trying to have them rush the shipment" but received no response after that. I was happy with the quality of my item, once I received it of course, but I do wish there were installation instructions and better mounting hardware.

      Purchased September 22nd. Over 1700.00. Should have paid a few dollars more somewhere else and had it delivered by now. Still have not received a much needed item that was supposed to arrive a week ago and then set back to 4 days later. And now the end of another week. Seller's reply was "Hold on a moment." Now, not responding. This is why folks are leary of ebay sellers.
