    No Pandora, but access to the Internet

    It does a lot of things, and yet it doesn’t do a lot of things. I had read that it does not get Pandora, and I was unable to do the same, but perhaps someone who is better with technology could accomplish that. I was unable to get apps for it, but you can do a lot of things through the Safari app that is included with the iPad. It cost me 25 bucks, so I really, really can’t complain, as it’s cheap and portable access to the Internet, and I can record my own music on it. If you’re expecting all the features of an iPhone, you will be disappointed. If you want a device that can keep a 10 year old pretty entertained for a modest price, you’ll likely be successful.

    it's used& old, what do you expect?

    I only got it so I could set the clock on my docking station. it's cool. it's a iHome one that rotates between portrait & landscape. originally got the dock when 4&th generation was new, but it was stolen? I always liked the dock,so I got this iPod touch mainly to be able to set the clock. the only way to set the clock is to sync it with that device. to me, it was worth $40 to set the clock.

    Replacement Ipod that got me back up and running fast---and at a good price!

    There are a couple of minor glitches, but they are too minor to bother with. This unit is a replacement for one that I'd brought in for a battery replacement at a place called UbreakIfix. They should be called UbreakIdestroy. They completely destroyed my Ipod and returned it to me with an "I'm sorry" but no other compensation. I needed a replacement fast and the unit on Ebay was priced right and came with a return policy that assured that I wouldn't get stuck with a lemon. It arrived quickly and I've loaded my old backup file on it and it's running great!

    Perfect iPod touch as described.

    We are very satisfied with this 4th generation 8gb iPod touch. Arrived faster than expected in perfect physical condition (screen was flawless as stated; looked brand new) & perfect working condition. My husband set it up in less than an hour. The only negative thing was that the usb cable that was included with the ipod was very tight-fitting. I had to slightly pry the tiny piece of metal that was bent into the cable's opening to get it to even fit the ipod. This may have just been a fluke. However, it might have been a good idea for the seller to test this before sending. We chose to use our own usb cable instead. The quality of the iPod was so great though that we would buy from this seller again. Excellent product! (Time will tell how long the battery lasts overall. So far, we have had ...

    Great iPod for basic users

    I got my iPod Touch 4th Generation (8GB Black) with the intention of having something to iMessage my friends with. It supports iOS 6.1.6 and no later. I soon realized that Messages and FaceTime won't let me sign in because the iOS is too old. BE FOREWARNED: You cannot use iMessages and FaceTime on the 4th generation running iOS 6, AT ALL. As of April 2019, only iOS 7 and later works with those things. I decided to use this iPod for basic music, and decided to buy an iPhone 4S (runs iOS 9) and use that as my main device instead (without paying for the phone part). ANOTHER WARNING: Most apps won't run on this device because it's too old and incompatible with the apps of today. Here is a list of some of the apps this iPod refuses to download: Skype, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Asphalt ...
